We will be replacing Postini Spam Filtration with
a new e-mail spam and virus filtering solution called Junk Mail Manager

Spam and virus embedded e-mail messages have been increasing in quantity and complexity. To adjust for this alarming increase, Nelson Telephone, is discontinuing its use of Postini and upgrading to a new e-mail filtering solution called Junk Mail Manager. This new solution will provide you with:
  • Better filtering system
  • Filtered E-mail alerts
  • Upgraded user management for approving and blocking senders
  • Easier user control for available settings

  1. How will I login to Junk Mail Manager? Just like with Postini, we will provide a link on our website for you to login. Additionally, a Junk Mail Manager alert will be e-mailed to you with a link you can follow to the login site. Use your same e-mail address and e-mail password as you did in Postini.

  2. Will I be able to access Postini to check for lost messages after the switchover? Yes, there is a provided link at the bottom of the page to access Postini as well as the new Junk Mail Manager.

  3. Will my Postini setting for Allowed and Blocked addresses/domains copy over to Junk Mail Manager? Yes, We will be exporting your current Postini settings to the new system.
